10. Incorporation of recommendations in revision. <br />Kerr Recommendation: <br />Since Kerr Coal is in the process of preparing a major mine <br />plan permit revision, this revision should incorporate the <br />above mentioned recommendations as part of the revised <br />reclamation plan. <br />The operator should carefully consider which recommendations will <br />be proposed for approval in the upcoming revision, Some have been <br />found to be acceptable or worthy of further discussion.
