Enclosed herewith is the Annual Report form, together with a map showing disturbances to affected land during the permit year ended December 7, 2000. Mining of a 14 acre parcel within the area noted as "Bigelow" on the enclosed map, was completed in 2000, and approximately 34 acres east of that area was disturbed during the 2000 permit year. During the current permit year, mining will be completed in that area. We anticipate stripping and mining the expansion portion in the area noted as "Distel" and the northern portion of the area noted as "Peschel" on the map. These two areas were included in an amendment application, Revision No. A.M-3, approved by the Division on December 20, 2000. Reclamation activity during permit year 2000 included seeding, re-seeding and wetlands plantings in the "Distel" area. Development of this wetland area will continue in the 2001 permit year, and we anticipate completing additional grading in parcels south and west of current mining activity.
