TRANSMITTAL OF ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT FOR GY 2001
Dear Mr. Walker,
Pursuant to Permit C-81-019, Rule 4.05.13(4)c, Colowyo respectfully submits the 2001 Annual
Hydrology Report (AHR) to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division). The report
is due to the Division by April 1, 2002 {permit page 4.05-11}.
This report contains the following pursuant Rule 4.05.9(17)
4.05.9(17) all impoundments shall be examined quarterly, by a qualified person
designated by the operator, for appearance of structural weakness and other
hazardous conditions. The reports shall be retained at or near the mine site, and a
copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on an annual basis (permit page
4.05-7).
Pursuant to Permit C-81-019, Rule 2.04.13, Colowyo respectfully submits the 2001 Annual
Reclamation Report {ARR} to the Division. The report is due to the Division by March 28, 2002.
This report contains the following information in accordance with Rule 2.04.13:
a) Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) name and address of Permittee and permit number;
b) Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) location and number of acres disturbed during the year;
c) Rule 2.04.13(1 }(c) location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year;
d) Rule 2.04.13(1)(d) location and number of acres topsoiled during that year;
e) Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) the species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted
during that year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices; and
f) Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously
revegetated areas.
