Cattany
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a review (copy
attached) of the subject 2006 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR).
Thank you for the timely and complete report. As we discussed this morning by
telephone, please add to the report the location, date of seeding, and seed mix
used in the reclamation of the reclaimed 1.4 acres (water line). Delay of Bond
Release continues to be appropriate as the water line is properly classified as a
long term facility, and the area is subject to re-disturbance in the event of
maintenance activity.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Yours truly,
.~ G~
By~~alker
Environmental Protection Specialist
1 Attachment, as stated
Files: electronic: C-1992-081 2006 ARR Review
C-1992-081 2006 ARR Review
C:\bgw\My Documents\Hayden Gulch Loadout\ARR\ARR 06 Adequacy letter.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
