The name and permit number of the mine and the name and address of the permittee <br />are: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG permit number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 telephone (940) 322-4772 <br />b). No additional acreage was disturbed in 2000. <br />c). No additional backfilling or grading was undertaken in 2000. In 1999, backfilling and <br />slope recontouring began on approximately 1.2 acres of the North Pit. Placement of inert <br />backfill material began in the southern area ofthe South Pit. <br />d). No additional topsoil replacement took place during 2000. <br />e). The retopsoiled azea of the permanently reclaimed spoil area was hydromulched and <br />seeded in 2000. The hydromulching and seeding was undertaken by Bedrock Landscaping <br />of Durango, Colorado. The seed for the project was provided by Oakridge Energy, with <br />the mix being that specified by Table 5-6. No augmented seeding or cultural practices <br />were undertaken in 2000. <br />f).
