r•
r •~
•
your records and verify that this change has been incorporated into
your permit application. If it has not, contact the Division and
a copy of the new mix will be forwarded to you for future use.
One final area concerns the maps used with this report. Although
they generally show the reclamation sequence, perhaps a single map
or series of maps could be solely dedicated to illustrating what,
when and where reclamation activities have been performed on the
entire mine site. This map could be updated as necessary and
basically be a historical tracking document of reclamation
activities showing the date backfilling and grading was completed,
when and how much topsoil was laid down, when and what seed mix was
applied, etc. A map like this would also be very useful for
tracking bond release activities. This is not a request for the
1995 ARR, but merely a suggestion to consider for future
submittals.
This concludes the Division's review. Please provide any
additional information as applicable. If you have any questions,
please contact me.
Sincerely,
j ~~
Anthony J.
