Permit No. M-77-526 Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is March 28, 2006. The effective date of all information in this report is March 16, 2006. Please refer to the attached Annual Report Map for the location of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. This permit was amended in 2005 to bring the total permit area to 160.90 acres ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond is $163,000.00. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations. (1) No new lands have been disturbed during the last year, we continued to remove material stockpiled in previous years and mine material from the bottom of the lake areas. Material is being stored in the Plant Site area to complete sloping around mined area and lake. It will be used to complete reclamation when the unmined area is complete. (2) No reclamation was required this year. Sloping is complete on the west side slopes, the below water slopes on the lake divider and along E-470. In addition, sloping is complete along the western section of the housing area. The lake now covers 44.05 acres t of the disturbed area. (3) We will continue to mine on the southern part of the disturbed area shown as "PianrT SITE AREA", 15.77 acre ± (brown) and will resume this year in the area added in the amendment. (4) We will continue to reclaim areas where mining has ended. As mining begins in the new area reclamation will be done concur- rently.
