Please respond to each item as appropriate. <br />General Comments <br />The Divsion reminds TCC that Exhibit 34 of the approved permit <br />outlines the format for the contents of the subsidence reports. <br />This format includes maps showing location of all monuments and <br />stations as well as surface topography. As more structures are <br />undermined in the future this requirement will become more <br />important. Please be sure that future reports follow the approved <br />format for content. <br />Monument Survey Data <br />1. No data could be located to demonstrate compliance with the <br />requirement to survey monuments four months after panel start <br />in Panel 6 (assuming a September 20, 1993 start). <br />2. What point on the well casing is surveyed? Top of casing or <br />ground level? <br />Hvdrolo4ic Data <br />1. Please submit the rating curves for each surface water site. <br />2. The following monitoring sites of wells were missing data for <br />ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, orthophosphate, SAR, and <br />molybdenum; SW3A, SW4, GWA-1, GWA-2, GWA-6, GWA-9. <br />3, In addition specific information was missing; <br />
