It is estimated that 12 acres of Phase I, and 10 <br />acres of Phase II have been affected to some degree <br />as part of the actual mining. In addition to the <br />+/- 22 acres affected in the mining qn estimated <br />10 acres of additional area is used in the facility. <br />Estimated total affected land +/- 32 acres. <br />2. No lands have undergone reclamation in the past <br />year. <br />3. No lands are in various stages of reclamation, <br />topsoils stripped have been stockpiled for future <br />use in the reclamation. <br />4. No vegetation has been planted. <br />5. No fertilizers or organic materials have been used. <br />6. As noted in the original application, this is a <br />cinder cone with mining of approximately two <br />feet/year off of the top. It will be a considerable <br />number of years before a final floor area is reached <br />where reclamation may commence. <br />~~~i <br />
