If you have requested reclamation release (in writing by <br />Certified Mail) from the Division but your permit is not terminated by your <br />anniversary date listed below Che annual fee M[JST be paid. If the Division does <br />release this permit before the anniversary date please do not pay this fee. <br />• The fee is for LAST YEARS mining and reclamation season, and MUST be paid even if <br />the mine was in an inactive state.
