The name and permit number of the mine and the name and address of the permittee <br />are: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG permit number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 3acksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 <br />telephone (940) 322-4772 <br />b). Additional acreage disturbed included approximately 0.6 acres for reconstruction of <br />the Carbon Junction Canyon channel in 2003. Approximately four acres of the <br />permanently reclaimed spoils area was disturbed in 2003 to facilitate backfill of the North <br />Pit and reconstruction of Carbon Junction Canyon. Topsoil was stripeed and stockpiled <br />on the perimeter of the PRSA. <br />c). Additional backfilling and Snal grading was undertaken in the South Pit. Additional <br />backfilling has occurred at the North Pit-also. North Pit backfilling was estimated to be 60 <br />percent complete as of the end of 2003. The backfilling and grading, including final <br />grading was completed at the South Pit by the end of 2003. Reconstruciton of a portion <br />the post-mine configuration of the Carbon Junction Channel took place during 2003. <br />Approximately 40 percent of the construction remains to complete as of the end of 2003. <br />d). Topsoil replacement took place in the South Pit area during 2003. <br />e).
