In order to maintain your mining operation in compliance with Colorado laws, the
annual fee, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3 and 4) and
34-32-127(Z)(a)(II)(A-D) must be submitted annually on or before your permit
anniversary date. The annual fee (this is NOT a renewal fee), report, and map are
for mining and reclamation during the previous year, and are due and payable,
unless your reclamation bond has been released in its entirety, by the anniversary
date listed below.
