Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resoulte Trustee <br />A recent examination of the Division's records indicated that the Division's adequacy reviews of <br />the 2003 Annual Hydrology Report and the 2003 Annual Reclamation Report for the Terror <br />Creek Loadout were not documented. Therefore, this letter serves as that documentation. <br />The Division reviewed both reports and had no adequacy review comments or questions.
