Details of stabilization methods successfully employed. <br /> <br />19. Attach two copies of an accurate map of the area affected which map <br />shall include, but not be Limited to the following: <br />a. 7'lie map shall be made and certified to by a registered land <br />surveyor, professional engineer registered in the State of <br />~ Colorado, or a qualified person which shall show the date on <br />~ which the map was prepared and the north point. <br />b. Identify the area on the map with colored ink or some other <br />manner which corresponds with the data sheet. <br />i c. Indicate adjacent deep mining and adjacent surface owners. <br />d. Indicate the name and location of all streams, creeks, or other <br />bodies of water, roads, buildings, cemeteries, oil and gas <br />j welts and lines, and power and communication lines on the area of <br />affected land and within two hundred (200) feeC of all boundaries <br />of such nrua. <br />e. Indicate Che total area to be involved in the operation including <br />the area to be mined and the area of land affected by surface <br />waste or refuse dump roads, buildings, stockpiling of the subsoil <br />and topsoil. <br />e <br />f.
