Johnson:
The Division has received and approved your request to delay submittal of the
semi-annual subsidence monitoring report for two months.
We are unable to completely approve CEC's request to consolidate the
semi-annual reports into one annual subsidence monitoring report. However,
the Division could accept the first report of any given annual period as being
an interim report that would only give the data from the previous two quarters
of monitoring. The year end report would consolidate and provide an analysis
of the entire year's data and would thus provide a comprehensive explanation
of what the subsidence monitoring program showed.
If you have any questions on this matter, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Carl B. Mount
Reclamation Specialist
CBM/yjb
881'F
