Cvprus Empire Corporation
Dear Mr. Waldron;
Per our previous discussions, CEC has encountered a number of problems with
implementing our new database, thus necessitating the previous request for extension
to May 31. As discussed, CEC has provided hard-copies of the lab and field data for
the pertinent sites to allow for the Division to continue in the development of the
CHIS.
Unfortunately, we have encountered additional problems during the past few weeks
which have negatively impacted our schedule. As a result, ~~EC is requesting an
additional extension of ten days for the submittal of the AHR, to June 10, 1994. This
will allow us to complete the report and adequately address a number of minor issues,
thus resulting in a more easily utilized report. As CEC reports on calendar year as
opposed to water year, and given the detailed PHC updates whc:ih have been recently
submitted and included 1993 water data, we feel that the additional ten days for
submittal will not have any negative impacts upon the Division's ability to assess
hydrologic issues for this operation.
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, and :should you have any
questions or comments, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Marcus A.
