Dear Ms. Southway:
This is to inform you that as of the date of this letter the Division
of Minerals and Geology is in receipt of your annual fee ual
report for the Alamosa Pit No 2 , Permit No. M-83-175. With the payment
of the annual fee and the receipt of the annual report the Reason to
Believe a Violation Exists notice has now been abated and no further
action will be taken to revoke your permit and forfeit your Corporate
Surety Bond No. 4477742 at the June 26-27 , 1996 Mined Land Reclamation
Board meeting. The annual fee and report for your mining and
reclamation operation will be due on or before your anniversary date of
November 25, 1996. Please make note of your anniversary date for the
1995-1996 reporting period. The annual fee and report for the Alamosa
Pit No 2 is due on or before November 25 each year, until you are
released of all reclamation responsibilities and your bond is returned
to you in its entirety, to avoid possible permit revocation, civil
penalties, and possible forfeiture of your reclamtion bond.
