HOURS <br />SAMPLE N0: 1 ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN: DEA GELIS <br />YORK PERFORMED: <br />The contractor, Reclamation Resources, Inc., placed one lift of ~naterial on the <br />west (outside) of the berm. The material was moisture conditione d and compacted <br />with a vibratory sheepsfoot compactor. <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />REMARKS: <br />I arrived at the site at 11:30 a.m. Mr. Fred Ladd with Ladd Engine ring, requested <br />density-compaction testing on the outside of the berm. The outside of the berm had <br />been raised approximately 5.5 feet prior to my arrival at Station <br />requiring the most amount of fill material. No fill material wa 2+00, the area <br />~ placed on the <br />inside of the berm today. <br />Six nuclear density tests were performed at the given locations and elevations. <br />The test results indicated that the minimum compaction requirements were met at the <br />test locations. <br />Fred Ladd, with Ladd Engineering was informed of today's test resul~ <br />I <br />i s. <br />DAILY DIARY <br />11 X GEOTECNNiCAL.
