Following the excavation, the bench was a proximately 4.5 <br />feet above the bottom of the pond elevation. The bench was the compacted. An <br />isolated unstable area was observed towards the north portion of the bench. <br />Reclamation Resources, Inc., did not place fill material in this rea and decided <br />to consult with Fred Ladd. <br />Twelve nuclear density tests and one sand cone density test were ~erformed at the <br />given locations and elevations. All of the test results indicated hat the minimum <br />compaction requirements were met at the test locations with the e~CCeption of Test <br />No. 38A, which indicated 93q compaction.
