UI'JI~.tOlu <br />The anniversary date of this permit is June 30r 1988. Mobile <br />Pre-Mix, Company took over the lease on December 1, 1986 and <br />operated the pit this year. <br />We will deal specif ically with each of the Annual Report questions <br />as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) Mining continued in Stage I as approved in the application <br />no new land was disturbed. The operator removed some <br />pit run material and continued to remove stockpiled <br />material processed in previous years. They are still <br />utilizing Stage P as an equipment storage area and plant <br />site. Please refer to the annual report Map Submitted <br />in June, 1987. <br />(2) No reclamation was required this year. <br />(3) Not applicable. <br />(4) Not applicable. <br />(5} Not applicable. <br />(6) Not applicable. <br />(7) Mining will continue in Stage I. Mobile Pre-Mix will <br />continue on level 1 of Stage i. When that is complete <br />they will start mining the second level of Stage 2. No <br />new land will be disturbed because the mining will be <br />confined to Stage I as approved in the application. <br />
