Kiewit Western <br />Co. (KWC) has made some of the development improvements to the site as specified in the original <br />permit application and the approved Technical Revisions numbers one and two. Improvements completed <br />include construction of a sediment basin at the southern boundary of the Pit, several water storage <br />facilities, a processing plant platform, and an access road. At this time, the value of the Financial <br />Warranty is sufficient. No new disturbances or reclamation have occurred during the previous year and <br />no changes to the previous year's map are necessary.
