Enclosed is
our check number 2443 in the amount of$550.00 to pay for this fee. This letter and attachments
are to serve as our Annual Report.
There have been no changes since our last Annual Report. The property has not been operated
for a number of years. Reclamation has been started, but no additional reclamation was done
during Calendar Year 2000, due to the fact that the bridge leading to the property needs to be
repaired before heavy equipment can be taken on to the disturbed areas covered by the permit.
The Ouray County has received the funds for the replacement of the bridge from the Federal
Government, but have not replaced the bridge. We expect that this situation will be resolved this
year and expect to complete the property reclamation during Calendar Year 2001.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
CAMP BIRD COLORADO,INC.
b A
Y
Scott A.
