The disturbance was created to accommodate access and haul roads, coal stockpiles, coal crusher and conveyors, coal loading structure, radroad loop and spur, surface water diversion and collection ditches and sediment unpoundments. ACRES INACTIVE MINING AREAS There is no active mining occurring at the Hayden Gulch Loadout. This is a Loadout facility that is independent of any active inuring areas. The facility has been in temporary cessation since November 1997. ACRES SEEDED/PLANTED FOR LAST 10 YEARS OR MORE: Approximately 70.8 acres of the 97.1 disturbed acres have been seeded as shown on Exhibit 10.1, Vegetation t~[ap (see Tab 10). This area is designated as DHG - Revegetated H&G Disturbance on the exhibit. This area was seeded with a perennial seed mixture in the earl}' 1980's by H-G Coal Company, the previous owner and operator of the Hayden Gulch Loadout. LOCATION OF DISTURBED, BAC[Q''ILLED AND GRADED, TOPSOILED, AND SEEDED AREAS FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR: No additional areas were disturbed or reclaimed during the reporting period. REVEGETATION DESCRIPTION FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR: No areas were revegetated during the reporting period.
