This letter and attachment map is to serve as our <br />Annual Report. <br />There have been no substantial changes at the property this year. We have maintained the stream <br />areas and ditches to insure that the tailings impoundments are in good condition. Plant growth on <br />the tailings that have been reclaimed is doing well. <br />We have entered into an agreement of Lease/Sale Agreement for the property. The Agreement <br />provides funding, and we intend to complete the reclamation this year.
