LLC <br />Mazch 19. 2004 <br />Mr. James Burnell <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Re: Annual Hydrolog.~port <br />CDMG Permit C-1981-022, Oxbow Mining, LLC. <br />Dear Mr. Burnell: <br />/^\ <br />n <br />RECEIVED <br />MAR 2 q 2004 <br />Divisim of Minerals and Geology <br />By letter dated March 15, 2004 the Division requested that OMLLC include in the <br />Annual Hydrology Reports (AHR's) a discussion regarding mine water inflows into the <br />Elk Creek Mine. <br />Starting with the 2004 AHR, we will add a section to the permit addressing mine water <br />inflows. <br />For the Division's information, during 2003, the Elk Creek mine experienced <br />insignificant inflow of water into the mine from very minor seeps. The data from the <br />exploration drilling programs suggests that this trend will continue.
