Mining activities did not allow us to seed the planned amount projected in the last annual
report. Instead approximately 2 acres were seeded. Our weed control is now more
actively pursued. The undulations along the west side of cell #3 have been in
construction during 2006 and will continue into 2007. Mining operations will continue in
Cell #3 through 2007 exposing the entire azea of cell #3 to water. Concurrent
reclamation will expand next year due to the configurations of the mining cell.
