DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Monthly, Quarterly, and Bi-weekly Sampling - October 9, 10, 14, 16, and 17, 1996 <br />Deor Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Sangre De Cristo Labs (SDC), Accu-Labs, and Core <br />Laboratories for the monthly, quarterly, and bi-weekly sampling periods collected October 9, 10, 14, <br />16, and 17, 1996 as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross-reference table between <br />sample identification numbers and sample locations is attached. <br />The groundwater wells M-11 R, SF-l, M-15, M-12, M-10, and M-14 and the process points were <br />sampled and the analyses are enclosed. A duplicate was taken at M-15 and is included here. <br />Field and rinse blanks were collected as port of the QA/QC and are also included here. <br />Please take into consideration while reviewing the SDC data, most analytical results use units ~f ppb <br />(ug/I) unless otherwise noted. <br />Sirely, <br />Sally H.
