All samples were preserved by approved methods until being
submitted to a qualified laboratory for testing. The laboratories
used standard laboratory methods to obtain all parameters required
by the Division as shown in test reports attached to Table II
Groundwater and Table IV Surface Water.
SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Groundwater test data indicates no significant change in
pH and conductivity throughout the test period with the water
level of the wells being correspondingly lower with the decreased
precipitation during the months of June through October.
• Surface water test data indicates no significant change
in pH and conductivity throughout the test period with the rate
of flow being lower to non-existent during the dry season from
June through October.
Based on the foregoing test results it can be assumed that
present mining operations have no adverse effect on water quality
and quantity within the permit area. The use of contemporaneous
reclamation will negate potential adverse effects and no degradation
of future water quality should occur.

-2-
