The Division MUST receive ALL fees due no later than 4 p.m. on February 26, 1993, or a Notice of Violation will be issued for failure to pay annual fees (for each unpaid annual fee) and submit an annual report on the permit anniversary date (C.R.S. 34-32-124(1>).
