Box 160 <br />Burlington, CO 80807 <br />RE: Annual Reports/Maps - %it Carson County Mining Permits <br />Dear Ms. Brownfield: <br />On June 19, 2003, we received your annual fee payments, in the appropriate amounts, for the <br />following pits: M-1982-055, M-1982-106, M-1982-062, M-1982-054, M-1982-052, M-1982-104, <br />M-1982-065, M-1982-067,/M-1982-070, M-1982-079, M-1982-094, M-1982-096 (terminated), <br />M-1982-098, M-1982-100 and M-1984-085 <br />However, no reports or maps detailing the past year's activities were included with your payments. <br />In order to remain in compliance, please submit a brief report or map for 2002 activities for the <br />above-referenced pits, as soon as possible. <br />Also, our records indicate that File No. M-1982-096, Woods Pit No. 1, was terminated on April 17, <br />2003, in response to a full fmancial warranty release request. Because the file was terminated prior <br />to the due date for the annual fee, no fee was due for this site.
