(he notice of intent snail contain an annual fee <br />of fifty dollars (operators who are units of county government are <br />exempt from annual fees) and a snap or statement that snail indicate: <br />a) Tn2 land affected during the preceding year: <br />d) Tne land to oe affected during the cominy year; and <br />c) Any land reclaimed during the preceding year. <br />ror operators Holding a special, 111 permit, your attention is directed <br />to the following provisions from C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-11o(a): <br />34-32-116 (a) Jn the anniversary date of the permit each year, the <br />operator shall submit a reclamation plan and snap snowing <br />the affected land and other pertinent details, such as <br />roads and •iccess to the area and reclamation <br />accomplisrn:d....Tne reclamation plan prepared by the <br />operator shall be based upon provisions for, or <br />satisfactoi°y explanation of, all general requirements for <br />the type or reclamation chosen. Tne details of the plan <br />snail oe appropriate to the type of reclamation designated <br />oy the operator and based upon the advice of technically <br />trained personnel experienced in that type of reclanation <br />on affected lands and upon scientific knowledge from <br />research in reclaiming and utilizing such lands.... <br />If an annual report is not received by 6J days from the date of this <br />letter, an inspection of the site of this operation will be scheduled to <br />assess compliance.
