Lazier, we enclose our client's check no. 4106 in the amount of $500.00, payable <br />to the DMG with respect to the annual permit fees and penalties for 2002, for the Lazier <br />Placer Mine, M-1982-165. <br />We will continue to work with Mr. Means of your Grand Junction office in order to <br />bring the property into prompt compliance with the reclamation requirements as specified <br />under the mine permit. <br />90605.
