Therefore, all recorded <br />monitoring events are considered Baseline. <br />The monitoring point location for Upper Terror Creek is located on Terror Creek just above fhe confluence of Terror Creek and West Terror <br />Creek. It is accessed by the Terror Creek road by permission through locked gates. This point is referred to in the Bowie No. 1 Annual <br />Hydrology Report as SW02. <br />• <br />Baseline Information Collection initiated on 9/30!96 and not yet considered complete. <br />Point TC-up has not been influenced by mining.
