The area of concern for monitoring point TC-up has not bee affected by fhe mining operation. Therefore, all recorded
monitoring events are considered Baseline.
The monitoring point location for Upper Terror Creek is located on Terror Creek just above fhe confluence of Terror Creek and West Terror
Creek. It is accessed by the Terror Creek road by permission through locked gates. This point is referred to in the Bowie No. 1 Annual
Hydrology Report as SW02.
