Mined Reclamation Act] <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />The City of Lamar, Colorado intends to continue mining operations under <br />the above-referenced permit and operation, anniversary date 12/10/87. <br />Enclosed you will find a check in the amount of $50.00 for the annual <br />fee, as well as a map indicating the following: <br />a & b) Land Affected - The 1988 plan will be the same as the 1987 <br />proposal, as we have not removed enough <br />material as of this date to require opening <br />of the next phase. <br />c) Reclamation - No land had to be reclaimed in 1987 due to <br />the limited extent of our mining operations. <br />Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />1.~~~-~.C...~ <br />William C.
