Cattany Division Director Natual Resource Trustee The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has finished its review of the Bowie Resources LLC (BRL) submittal of the 2004 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR). In general, the Division is requesting that more detail be added to the information that is presented in the report. As currently presented, one would need previous ARRs to find out all of the required information. The following aze the Division's comments and questions: In section (c) of the report, please denote which acres have been backfilled and graded during 2004, as required in Rule 2.04.13(1)(c). 2. In section (d) of the report, please list and show on the map which acres were topsoiled during 2004, as required in Rule 2.04.13(1)(d). 3. In section (e) of the report, please list and show on the map those acres seeded during 2004, as required in Rule 2.04.13(I)(e). Also, as required in the same rule, please include for the yeaz the species that were planted and any augmented seeding or cultural practices. 4. In section (f) of the ARR report, please list and show on a map those acres that have been planted prior to 2004. For each item on the list, please include the dates of each planting. These items are required in Rule 2.04.13(1)(f). 5. In section (b) of the ARR, the total disturbance is given as 171.8 acres. However, it appears that this value should be 190.9 acres. Please revise this page of the report. 6. Please add to the legend on the 2004 Annual Reclamation Report map what "R" denotes. Please ensure that there is consistent wording between the items listed in the report and their corresponding annotations on the 2004 Annual Reclamation Report map.
