(6) Measure monthly water depth For groundwater monltoring wells (GW's).
(7) Measure annually water depth for groundwater; revert back to monthly if water is found.
• (8) Measure water conductivity, PH, temperature, and depth. Have full suite laboratory analysis using
the Ground Water Parameters on following list (February, May, August, and November)
(9) Monitoring of all groundwater wells in New Horizon 1 Mine, and wells GW-N16P1, GW-N17P1, GW-
N18P1, GW-N36, GW-N37 and GW-N38 in New Horizon 2 Mine have been discontinued as per
DMG's approval of TR38. Monitoring of these wells will resume when WFC applies for Phase 3 bond
release. When monitoring resumes for Phase 3 purposes, then procedure Field(9) will change to
Field(6) parameters.
(10) Monitoring of all groundwater wells and spoil springs in New Horizon 1 Mine, and wells GW-N16P1,
GW-N17P1, GW-N18P1, GW-N36, GW-N37 and GW-N38 in New Horizon 2 Mine has been
discontinued as per DMG's approval of TR38. Monitoring of these wells will resume when WFC
applies for Phase 3 bond release. When monitoring resumes for Phase 3 purposes, then procedure
Lab(10) will change to Lab(5) parameters.
(11) Monitoring of GW-N10, GW-N26, and GW-N28 in New Horizon 1 Mine, have been discontinued as
per DMG's approval of TR38. Monitoring of these wells will resume when WFC applies for Phase 3
bond release. When monitoring resumes for Phase 3 purposes, then procedure Field(11) will
change to Field(7) parameters..
•
•
~eevise~ iz-n-9e~ 2.04.7-41
