As outlined ir, TR-010, <br />daily samples of the tailings pond and the collection pond are <br />analyzed on-site. TR-010 specifies a simple monthly average for <br />regulating pond compliance. The October averages are asp follows: <br />Tailings Pond <br />Collection Pond <br />Post Detox <br />0.27 ppm CN-wad, <br />0.31 ppm CN-wad, <br />0.83 ppm CN-wad, <br />0.32 ppm CN-total <br />0.41 ppm CN-total <br />1.00 ppm CN-total <br />The October simple averages show compliance with our pex°mit <br />standards of 3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
