Nearby location will allow the <br />information between the two (2) wells to be correlated. <br />The well should be properly completed and the following information should <br />be submitted to the Division: <br />• iii iiiiiiiiuiuiii <br />999 <br />1). Driller's logs and any other geologic or geophysical logging <br />done in the well bore; <br />2). Completion diagram indicating casing material(s) and types <br />and locations of backfill materials, eg. gravel, bentonite, <br />cuttings etc. This diagram should also represent formation <br />lithology~ o-~ ~ <br />3). The top of the casing should be surveyed in to determine well <br />location and elevation.
