would presently be deemed successful with regard to the <br />' diversity requirements involving forb and shrub species. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />Table 16 summarizes the percent success for each <br />' community and parameter assuming that only perennial, <br />non-noxious vegetation can be counted toward success. For the <br />' grassland community, average cover was measured at 28.6 and is <br />' 64.6 ~ of the success standard of 44.3. Similarly, the <br />average grassland production of 1217.4 lbs/acre is 68.2 ~ of <br />' the success standard. For the riparian reclaimed community, <br />the average values measured for these two parameters were <br />fairly close to 90 % of the standards. Woody stem density <br />success has been achieved already in both reclaimed areas <br />' according to the data collected.
