The <br />annual fee violation M-96-018 has now been abated and no further action <br />will be taken to revoke your permit and forfeit you Certificate of <br />Deposit No. 10725 at this time. The annual fee and report for your <br />mining and reclamation operation will be due on or before your <br />anniversary date of September 5, 1996. Please make note of your <br />anniversary date for the 1996 reporting period. The annual fee and <br />report for the May Day Mine are due on or before September 5th each <br />year, until you are released of all reclamation responsibilities and <br />your bond is returned to you in its entirety, to avoid violations, <br />civil penalties, and possible revocation of your permit. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this <br />office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Barbara D.
