RUSSELL <br />CORPORATE MANAGER -ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS <br />September 15, 1994 <br />Mr Bruce Humphries <br />State of Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Re: Annual Report/Fees -Bulldog Project, Permit No, M-77-215 <br />Dear Mr Humphries, <br />In compliance with C.R.S 34-32-226 (3) and 34-32-127 (2)(a)(II)(A-D) of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, please find enclosed a check in the amount of <br />$550.00 for the annual fee, the annual report and permit map for the Bulldog Project, <br />Permit No M-77-215 for 1994. <br />The following information is submitted as part of the annual report: <br />Permit Area "A" <br />1) The 9360 level waste dump was mulched, seeded and fertilized. <br />2) Riprap was placed in Windy Gulch along the toe of the 9360 waste dump. <br />3) Abandoned materials were removed from the Windy Gulch drainage downstream <br />of the 9360 waste dump. <br />4) The assay building was removed and the site reclaimed. <br />5) 6,000 yards of soil was hauled and used for final reclamation of the mill site, and <br />the site was seeded and fertilized. <br />6) Approximately 1000 feet of roadway was reclaimed above the mill site. Work <br />included regrading, seeding and fertilizing. <br />Permit Area "B" <br />1) The runoff ditch was improved to handle the 100 year storm event. <br />2) Approximately 1000 feet of roadway was reclaimed from the main U.S. Forest <br />Service access road to the upper tailings impoundment.
