Frankly, I'm sorry I put it off so long. It is, <br />in my opinion, the best visual inspection subsidence report <br />presentation the Division has received to date. The report is <br />complete enough, with short summaries of geology and mining method, <br />to allow the lay reader to understand the situation being reported. <br />I hope Larry will not mind my using his report as an example to <br />inspire other industry representatives to improve their report <br />formats. <br />I recommend acceptance of this report enthusiastically.
