CO 80203 <br />Re: Permit No. M-2000-082 - E 8'" Street Operation -Annual Report <br />Ladies and Gentlemen: <br />AGGREGATE <br />INDUSTRIES <br />Enclosed is Check No. 213414 in the amount of $688.00 for the annual fee together with the <br />annual report form and a map for the above-referenced permit. Activity conducted at this site <br />during the permit year ended May 3, 2007, included additional site preparation for the processing <br />plant and stripping. The enclosed map shows the approximate area of disturbance. <br />Also enclosed aze copies of groundwater monitoring data that has been collected at the site since <br />April, 2003, which provides baseline data for groundwater conditions at the site.
