Operation of the mine is <br />conducted in accordance with provisions of our Mining and Reclamation Permit No. C-81-041 and in <br />accordance with rules set forth in the Regulations of the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Division. <br />This notice is to confirm and update previous information regarding underground mining under portions of <br />BLM property. <br />Mining location -Lots I7 through 20 Section 1 and Lots 1 and 2 Section 12 T.11S., R.98W., 6PM; <br />Lots 21 and 22, E'h SW 1,5, and SE'k Section 7 T.11S., R.97W., 6PM; and SJ: Section 21 and Sya <br />Section 20, T.10S., R.98W., 6PM. <br />2. Date of mining activities that could cause subsidence and affect specific structures -Current projections <br />for this area include mining during dte rest of 1996. Subsidence tray have occurred in Sec[ions 1, 2, <br />I1 and 12 T.l1S., R.18W., 6PM, since 1991 and is expected to continue. Due to a more limited <br />extraction ratio, subsidence is less likely to occur in the azeas trained since dte first of 1995, but it could <br />occur at any time. <br />3.
