Of <br />the approximately 40,000 cubic yards of excess fill, approximately <br />10,000 cubic yards will be produced from the rock tunnels and will <br />be used for the pad extensions. The remaining 30,000 cubic yards <br />of excess fill are apparently located in several unidentified <br />locations (for example, the pile of rocks in the area of the <br />employee parking lot). <br />During project start-up, all excess fill will be moved to a single <br />location west of the road to Portal #1 just south of the culvert <br />label (C4) (Figure 4.2-3). Refer to the attached drawing for the <br />specific location.
