Permit No. 86-079, Annual Report -Anniversary Date: 08/03/2005 ,/AUG 1 1 1'~ n Division a(Minerals & GaologY ~~~~f% Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is August 3rd, Mining is complete and we are in the third yeaz of reclamation. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $39,000; the permitted azea is 97.19 ac. ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 SIGNS AND MARKERS is located at the entrance to the pit. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of areas discussed in this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15" of the Rules and Regulations, and in the annual notice letter. (1) Mining is complete. In January 2005 a Technical Revision was filed to remove an additions 20.71 acres that has been disturbed by a third party in cooperation with the landowners. In addition, dewatering at an adjoining mine has caused all but 8.87 acres of lake to dry up leaving far more revegetation an anticipated when the permit was approved. A Technical Revision was filed in February 2005 to fill in the remaining lake since the landowner did not have adequate water to leave a lake when reclamation was complete. In June 2005 a second detailed Technical Revision was filed outlining the source of fill material and timing for completing reclamation on the mine. As of this date we are still awaiting approval of the Technical Revision's on file with the Division. This table outlines the azeas disturbed and status of the site at this time.
