Due to the phasing artd shifting
material requirements, there is often considerable overlap between operational
areas of the c1m-rent year and the next year. Bonded areas are planned to pro-
vide coverage for several years in the future, thus providing margin for
operational flexibility.
Please note that the reports for the Portland quarry and the Boettcher Limestone
Quarry call for bonding revision with a total of 216 acres added to the existing
bond. If, after review of our recomalendations, you concur, please advise us of
the individual quarry amounts. Ideal will than arramge a single bcnd adjustment
to cover the total amocmt as was done with surety on the original F~errrdts.
Sincerely,
p~ ~
' Paul E.
