Approximately 1/2 acre of land mined pre-law was re-disturbed <br />and approximately 1 1/4 acres of new land was affected. <br />2. A i12 Permit Conversion and Amendment for the mine is pending <br />before the Board. <br />3. No reclamation occured during the previous year. <br />Enclosed is our check for $SO to cover the annual fee.
