The stockpile as reported on 1998 <br />report is depleted. We have stockpiled chips hauled in from Hancock Pit to be used this <br />summer for annual chip sealing maintenance. <br />Indicated in the map is approximately nine acres we plan to apply topsoil and seed. <br />Otero County will in the next thirty to sixty days be submitting an addendum to the existing <br />permitted azea. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kenneth S.
