My comments are as <br />follows. <br />1) My comments regarding the 1994 AHR have been adequately <br />addressed. <br />2) On Page 8 of the AHR, the operator notes that. Well AVF-3 <br />has shown an upward trend in dissolved solid~l but states <br />that the trend is unlikely due to mine discharge because <br />of a dissimilar chemical composition between the well <br />water and the mine discharge water. Plea:ae have the <br />operator expand on the specific dissimilarities in the <br />text of the AHR. <br />If you or the operator have any questions....oh, well! <br />
